Thursday at 8:30am we’re hosting a Running clinic and workshop to improve your running form. Sorry for the short notice, but a couple of traveling CrossFitters and running coaches from CrossFit Coeur D’Alene, Mark Curtis and Vicki Starr, volunteered their expertise just the other day. This was the only time we could squeeze it in! The regular CrossFit WOD at that time is canceled. We definitely recommend joining us for this great opportunity to improve your Running technique!

Parents! We’re planning a big expansion to the kids area and we’re looking for your help! Do you have any spare toys you don’t use any more? Maybe your kid grew out of them? We’re looking for donations. Legos,  hot wheels, barbies, tea party supplies, you name it. I was big into Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and GI Joes, so if you wanted to bring that stuff in, I wouldn’t mind. Just sayin’. :) Whatever it is, we’d be happy to take it off your hands and spare you a Goodwill run. You can even take the stuff back if you ever move away or cancel your membership for some reason. We just want to keep the kids entertained in their brand new expanded kids area!
