- 100 pull-ups
- 100 push-ups
- 100 sit-ups
- 100 air squats
Work with a partner. While one partner does 10 of each exercise, the other partner jumps rope. Once the partner finishes their 10 squats, partners switch places. Teams work until they’ve completed 100 total reps of each exercise as a team.
Notes and Announcements
- As always on Saturdays, members are welcome to bring a friend and partner up with them for the workout. For today’s WOD, we’ll also give you the option to do the workout “Angie” solo, if you’re ready. If you don’t have a partner prior to the workout, please let us know and we’ll make sure you’re partnered up, unless you’d rather go solo.
- September’s winner of the monthly Personal Record race was again CJ Franks! This makes an unprecedented 5 months in a row at the top of the PR leaderboard for CJ! She PRs almost every chance she gets. She’s a PR machine! She’s wracking up so much money in prizes, soon we’ll be buying her that home gym she always wanted.
- September’s PR race was closer than August though. We had several members right on her heels, just a few records shy of taking home the title. Some honorable mentions who will be chasing CJ down in October: Janet, Krista, Jeff L, Annie Mac, Michael, and Mary. Keep tracking your PRs on the whiteboard and emailing in reminders if you forget to mark them before you leave. It’s amazing to see you guys work so hard to set these personal bests! Keep it up!
