Sunday at 2pm is the CrossFit Intensify Summer Potluck and BBQ! Come kick back with your fellow CrossFitters and celebrate the amazing performance of our Team at the CrossFit Games. In fact, we have tons of things to celebrate: the Team, the expansion, the Spring Challenge winners, Dedication shirt inductees…It’s time to party!
Bringing a dish is highly highly encouraged but not required. Your dish doesn’t necessarily have to be Paleo, but please try to keep it as clean as possible. Let’s at least keep things Gluten- and Sugar-free.
Please come prepared with your recipe or some notes on the ingredients so everyone at least knows what’s in your dish.
