The Fall Challenge starts now! We’ve made one big change! We will not be releasing worksheets. Instead, we’ll keep things paperless and just use BeyondtheWhiteboard! This means that it is very important that everyone participating in the Fall Challenge records their workouts and measurements in BTWB. Please do not forget!
Here are the dates for three upcoming Challenge workouts (please make sure you can make it in on these days!): Thursday September 7th, Friday September 8th, Monday September 10th. We won’t be releasing any more details on the workouts until the night before.
This goes without saying, but we have a strict zero-tolerance policy on sand-bagging workouts. Don’t do it. We will catch you. You will be automatically disqualified for intentionally under-performing in September’s Challenge workouts.
At the end of the Challenge, in December, we’ll have you look up your Challenge scores and measurements and then input everything into a simple online form, making our data collection process simple and easy (which will get you the Challenge results faster!).
Please contact us to schedule your Challenge weigh-in and measurements. We just need a little advanced notice on when you’d like to come in and get this taken care of. It only takes 5-10 minutes and can hopefully get done right before your workout session. Please do not procrastinate! Get it done early!
