Saturday August 4th is the 2nd Annual 31 Heroes WOD! We’ll give everyone the option to complete this special fundraiser workout in place of the regular WOD. (There will be a regular CFI WOD that Saturday as well.) If you’ve got experience with heavy thrusters, plate carries (sorry, no sandbags…yet!), tall box jumps, and rope climbs, and a buddy who wants to bust their butt for a great cause, then this awesome partner WOD is for you! Greg Amundson’s Goal Setting Seminar is coming to CrossFit Intensify! The final date is still to be determined. We were shooting for September 1st, but Greg had a scheduling conflict that weekend. We’ll announce the date as soon as possible. Keep your eyes on late September.
Starting this September, CrossFit Intensify will be collaborating with CrossFit Revival, Track Town CrossFit and possibly a couple other Boxes from the Eugene/Springfield area to host regular community WODs! A bunch of us local CrossFitters will get together to finally meet each other, workout together, and strengthen our growing CrossFit community. More information is coming soon. We’re excited for this opportunity!
