Notes and Announcements

  • Join us on Thanksgiving morning for the Turkey Stuffer 5K run/walk at Splash here in Springfield! CrossFit Intensify will be getting a big group together. Anyone and everyone is welcome. Bring the whole family. It’s a great way to start your Turkey Day! Register HERE!
  • Also coming this Thanksgiving, we’ll be putting out 3 boxes by the cooler at the front of the Box. Please help us gather food donations that we will give to families in need this Thanksgiving. Help us give a less-fortunate family the Thanksgiving they deserve. We’ll begin accepting donations the week before Thanksgiving. We’ll have one donation box for the 5:30-8:30am classes, one for 9:30am-3:30pm, and one for 3:30-7:30pm. Let’s see which class brings in the most donations!
