For time:
- 400 m run
- 10 kettlebell swings (2/1.5 pood)

Registration for the 2012 CrossFit Intensify Fall Challenge is now open! The buy-in is $20. Cash only please. We’ll release worksheets on September 1st and you’ll have until the end of September to complete them. They will include 5 workouts (some new ones this time!) and weigh-ins and body fat measurements. 3 months later we’ll see how much you improve and hopefully give you a boat-load of cash for all your hard work.
You can also buy-in with an additional $25 and sign-up for the Feast nutrition challenge that starts September 10th! This 45-day nutrition program, complete with personalized guidance and coaching, will give you the best chance to win the Fall Challenge. We recommend it for everyone!
