Sundays are Oly Lifting Days. Every Sunday WOD includes an Olympic Lift, and today we’ll focus on the Power Snatch! We’ll take plenty of time to drill and practice the technique and then work one-on-one with each member to improve their form. On Sundays you always have the option to either do the WOD or simply practice the day’s lift.

The main renovations on the New Space are almost finished. The kids area and front desks will be ready very soon. The new bathroom is almost done as well. Lockers are being built and everything’s getting organized. We can’t wait to start fixing up the old space and finish building our dream Box.
