Thursday’s WOD
3 rounds for time:
- 500 m row
- 25 air squats
- 3 wall climbs
- 25 air squats
- 3 wall climbs
Never done a wall climb? Then today’s the day! Standard for an RX wall climb today will be a push-up on the ground, walking the feet up the wall until your nose touches the wall. We’ll scale it to hips against the wall or half wall climbs. If walking up the wall just ain’t happening, we’ll find a good sub. In any case, you’ll have yourself a great WOD.
This Saturday August 4th is the 31 Heroes workout. You’ll have the option to sub this tough Hero WOD for the regular CFI WOD if you want an extra challenge. Partner up with someone and get ready for a grinder. The 31 Heroes WOD is in honor of 31 American heroes that died last August. It’s an annual fundraiser to support their families. It only takes about an hour to workout, so get your butt in here and finish your Summer right, setting yourself up for a Fall full of gains and PRs.
