5 rounds for time:
- 250 m row
- 10 burpees (jump to a 12″ target)
- 5 ring dips

The Feast Nutrition Challenge starts September 10th. Participants will receive personal nutrition coaching from Rachel of West Coast Wellness. The buy-in is $25. Please talk to a coach if you’d like to participate.
Rachel will be offering a class at the Box for all Feast participants! Saturdays at 12:00, right after our last class of the day.
The first class is scheduled for Sunday September 9th (moved to Sunday to avoid conflicting with Saturday’s Warrior Dash). We ask that you please RSVP for this class each week so that Rachel has an idea of how many people are coming. Simply log-in to your CF Dashboard account by clicking the link above.
