It’s been nearly 3 weeks since the CrossFit Games and we’re at the start of the “off-season.” But we should know better. CrossFitters never take a break. Just like many other sports, CrossFit is now practically year-round with the growing popularity of online CrossFit competitions. These workouts can be done at the Box. Simply do the competition workout with your coach’s approval, submit a score, and see how you stack up against the competition. Do it for FUN! Or if you’re serious, submit a video and earn prize money. It’s your choice. But seriously, 90% of people who go out and run a community 5K do it for fun, not to win it. So, try out one of these competitions and have some fun with your new-found love for the Sport of Fitness.
