4 rounds for time (25 min cap):
- 400 m run
- 9 handstand push-ups
- 12 sumo deadlift high-pulls (95/65)
- 15 box jumps (24/20)
A=75/55 & 20/16
B=55/35 & 16/12
C=250m run, sub DB presses for HSPUs, 35/26 KB for SDHP, 12″ or lower

Eric Naslund of Naslund Studios will be coming in Thursday morning to photograph us CrossFitters in action. He’ll post up throughout our morning sessions and try to capture some of the day’s exercises. As always if you would not like to be photographed or would not like pictures of you shown to others, please let us know.
