With a running 15-minute clock, complete 10 kettlebell clean & presses (5 right arm then 5 left arm) every minute on the minute for 10 minutes. Then switch to kettlebell snatches (5 right then 5 left) every minute on the minute for the remaining 5 minutes. Prescribed weight is 1.5/1 pood.

We’ve had a crazy beginning to the month, and with the CrossFit Games coming up next week, it’s bound to get even crazier. The official results may not be announced until we get back from LA.
