Strength/Skill
EMOTM for 10 minutes do 3 snatch balances. Take the weight from the ground.
Rx=115/75, A=95/65, B=75/55, C=55/35 or lower (down to pvc)
Met-con
3 rounds for time:
- 15 burpees (no jump, stand to full extension, arms at side)
- 50 ft bear crawl
- 15 mountain climbers (left+right=1, foot must reach within 6″ of hand)
- 50 ft bear crawl
Notes and Announcements
Halloween at CFI was hilarious! There were tons of great costumes! We’ll be posting an album in Intense Friends. Please cast your vote for your favorites by liking the photos. You can vote for as many pictures as you want. The deadline to vote is next Wednesday when we’ll be announcing the winner of the CFI Costume Contest and a new pair of Oly Lifting Shoes!
