Today’s all about Olympic Lifting technique! The Snatch Balance is a great exercise for developing your abilities with the snatch and clean. It helps improve footwork and speed. It’s also a great exercise for overall flexibility and coordination. Come in today if you’re looking to dramatically improve your Oly Lifts!

Monday September 3rd, Labor Day, the box will be closed! Regular classes are canceled for the holiday. Instead, we’ll be meeting at Alton Baker Park at 10:30 am for the first ever CrossFit Community WOD!
