With a partner! 20 minute AMRAP:
- 10 spartan push-ups
- 10 grasshoppers
While one partner works on the AMRAP, the other runs or rows 250 meters (team’s choice). Once the run or row is finished, partners switch, taking over where the other left off in the AMRAP.

Thank you to everyone that helped us by filling out our Coaches Survey last week! We had over 100 responses with tons of feedback for all of our coaches. We appreciate your help in making us a better coaching team!
Overall, the reviews were good! Andrew and I are glad you guys think we’re doing a good job. Most of all though we were happy with the constructive criticism we received. Just like you CFIers strive to constantly improve your fitness, we strive to constantly improve our coaching. As we read through the comments, we focused on any potential negatives so we could identify our weaknesses. We then shared the results with each other and gave each coach constructive feedback. Now each coach has specific things to work on and improve. This will go a long way in making us better coaches and a stronger coaching team!
As you can tell, your feedback is very important to us. Andrew and I want to give everyone at CFI the best experience possible. We plan on repeating these surveys every 3 months, so you’ll have another chance soon.
