Today’s WOD is a Fall Challenge workout! Please make it in if you can. If you can’t, please reschedule a time to do your max effort 2k row.
For today’s strength/skill portion of the WOD, we’ll practice split jerks. Build your way up to a 1-rep max if possible. The majority of you however will simply focus on technique and improving your footwork.
Remember those August rowing logs?! Were you tracking your meters rowed? Please find your worksheet in the stack on the front desk and total your meters rowed in August. Let’s see how many meters we rowed CFIers! Please help us by totaling your meters!
