Remember to mark your PRs! With a workout like today’s squat clean 3RM, if you’ve done the lift before and today you lift the most you’ve ever lifted for 3 reps, it’s a PR. Did you just turn your 1-rep max into a 3-rep max? That’s a PR in my book. Before you leave write PR! next to your name. It’s your responsibility. Get credit for your hard work. Wednesday or Thursday this week a professional photographer will be coming in to take pictures of our members in action. His name is Eric Naslund and he owns Naslund Studios (naslundstudios.com). He will bring extra lighting and setup a photo area to capture a couple exercises. I’ll announcement the day and time soon to give you guys a heads up. He will bring consent forms so if you do not want to be photographed, just let him know.
