2 squat snatches EMOTM for 15 minutes.
You pick the weight. Try to pick a weight that will challenge you to maintain proper form. As the rounds go by, you can increase or decrease weight as needed.
Post total weight lifted after all 15 rounds.

- Today’s the second and final day of the Firebreather National CrossFit Championship Northwest Tournament in Boise. Colin and Ben are over there battling it out for a chance to compete on a national stage in the second largest national CrossFit competition besides the CrossFir Games. Wish them luck! - Inspired by yesterday’s spur-of-the-moment group Hero WOD, a bunch of us have decided that we’re going to start a tradition: every second Saturday of the Month will be Hero WOD Saturday. On the second Saturday we’ll offer a Hero WOD option for experienced CrossFitters who would like to take on the tough challenge of a grueling Hero WOD. Each WOD is a tribute to an American Hero who has fallen in the line of duty protecting our freedoms and serving our country. Every Saturday Hero WOD session will start with a special talk about that Hero’s story and commemeration of their life and service. Join us as we honor these amazing men and women every month!
- Next Saturday, October 20th, is Barbells for Boobs, a special fundraiser WOD for Mammograms in Action. The WOD is Grace (30 clean & jerks for time). The event will be hosted by Eugene CrossFit at 10 am! It’s a great WOD for a great cause! Let’s get a big group of CFIers over there to represent and raise money to fight Breast Cancer!
