Weighted Dips, Bar-facing Burpee, Sumo Deadlift High-pull – Thursday
Thursday’s WOD
15 minutes to find your 3-rep max weighted ring dip.
Then, 10 minutes as many rounds as possible:
- 8 bar-facing burpees
- 8 sumo deadlift high-pulls (95/65)
Tonight at 6pm we just need a couple volunteers to help us put up painter’s tape and plastic to protect the ceiling grid from primer and paint when we spray the wall. We no longer need a full-fledged painting party because we’ll be using a sprayer to coat the wall real quick and easy!
The deadline for Red Sea CFI Cheering Section shirts/tanks was Wednesday. If you didn’t quite make it on the list, we may end up with extras for you. Watch the blog or Intense Friends for announcements once the apparel comes in and everyone picks up their pre-ordered stuff.
If you’re one of 8 people who purchased CrossFit Games tickets from us, please come pay and pick up your tickets asap. We printed them out yesterday. They are locked up and waiting for you behind the desk.
The first Spring Challenge workout will be programmed next Monday, June 11th! Please try to make it in that day. There will also be Challenge workouts on the 13th and 15th. If you can’t make it on those days, please talk to Andrew or Zach about making up a Challenge workout.
