Unfortunately, companies have found different ways to sneak sugar into our foods. Don’t be fooled! Learn the different terminologies for sugar and read your labels.

The second annual Track Town Smack Down is this Saturday, January 26th! This event will take place at the Lane County Fairgrounds.

When it’s Monday and you just slayed the WOD! Always Monday!

We encourage all CFI members who are not competing to come cheer on your fellow CFI Athletes! Let’s get out there, represent CFI, and show our support to our athletes! There is no admissions fee and all events are indoor.

U.S. Army Captain Jason Holbrook, 28, of Burnet, Texas, was killed on July 29th, 2010 in Tsagay, Afghanistan when insurgents attacked his vehicle with an improvised explosive device.

Oly club is open to ALL CFI members and ALL skill levels. It’s a great way to work on your technique and strength!
