Jenai, Amanda, and Sara crushed some PR’s competing at Girls Gone RX this past weekend! Way to go team!

Now that we’re into summer, we can’t stress enough how important staying hydrated and getting enough water on a daily basis is. Without enough water pre and post-workout, you risk becoming dehydrated, lethargic, cramping and your workout capacity will suffer! Beyond this, did you know water is required for building muscle and increasing strength and endurance? Don’t let your body or workouts suffer. Stay hydrated and continue those gains! The recommended amount of water per day is at least half your body weight in ounces.

The 5th Annual Rogue Rampage will be held in Monmouth, Oregon at Firehouse CrossFit on Saturday, August 17th! This will be a super fun and challenging event! Let’s set up teams and show how strong CFI members are!

This event includes Rx, Scaled, Novice, and Masters divisions. This event is open to all athletes over the age of 18.

Don’t want to compete? That’s okay! Come be a spectator and cheer on our CFI teams! There is no admissions cost to attend and there will be multiple vendors in attendance.

07.15 – Monday!!!

IT’S MONDAY! Monday means it’s time to hit the gym and start the week off strong! While you’re at it make sure to drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water!!!

Want to get your kids more involved in fitness? Now is a perfect time! We have a Pre-Teen Kids class for ages 8-12 and a Teen Athlete Strength and Conditioning program for ages 12-17.

We’ve worked hard to create the best possible programs for your pre-teen and teens! Not only will they learn different movements and techniques, but they’ll do so while having FUN!

Get your kiddos started down a solid path of fitness now. The first class is FREE!

Pre-Teen Kids classes are held at Mohawk on Monday & Wednesday at 10:45 am. These classes are for ages 8-12.

Teen Athlete Strength and Conditioning classes are held at our West Eugene location on Tuesday & Thursday at 3:30 pm. These classes are for ages 12-17.
