09.19 – Thursday

Northwest Fitness Games is bringing back WODTOBERFEST for the 7th year!!!! On September 28th, one hundred teams will compete in what is promised to be an amazing competition!

Teams are M/F Rx, M/F Scaled, and M/F Masters (combined age of 75).
This event is open to all levels of athletes over the age of 18. The Rx division includes all power-lifting, body-weight, and gymnastic movements. The Scaled division will include lighter weight and less advanced movements than Rx.

Let’s get some teams together and show the Northwest how strong our CFI members are! This is going to be a fun event and a great way to really challenge yourself. Registration per team is $240.

Don’t want to compete but want to see the action?! Come cheer on our CFI athletes! Admission is free and there will be several vendors in attendance. This event takes place both indoor and outdoor so come prepared!

We now have a CFI email dedicated to photos!!! As you rep CFI, take photos of CFI classes, and other events please share them with us! We’d love to be able to share more of what our community is doing and the gains being made!

It’s not easy to try alone! Let us help you! Leading you from the very beginning, we will help you move properly and safely while having fun! This creates a sustainable workout program and lifestyle.

So far this year we’ve graduated five big groups of beginners! We’ve helped them build a solid habit of exercise and set them on the right path for success. Let us help YOU! Sign up to be part of our next group!

Our Beginners Program will start on Monday, September 30th and goes for 6 weeks. We meet 3 days a week on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. (18 sessions)

$199 – Individual registration

Class times-

Springfield Location: 5:30 am and 5:30 pm

West Eugene Location: 7:30 pm
