Bring-a-friend FREE Saturday Partner workouts at West at 8:00 or 9:00 and at Mohawk at 8:00, 9:00 or 10:00. Don’t have a partner? Come in anyways! We’ll partner you up with someone or give you a great solo version of the workout.

Grab a friend looking to change their fitness and bring them to Saturday’s class! It’ll be a great time and everything is 100% scalable.

Saturday’s Partner WOD

5 Rounds, 1 minute per station, of:

-Burpee Box Jump Over

-Goblet Squat

-Assault Bike Calories

-Rest

Perform this like “Fight Gone Bad,” by rotating immediately to the next station every 1 minute. The clock does not stop or reset between stations.

Teams of 3:

:45 on / :15 off

Each member of the team will start at a different station.

Perform as many reps as possible in the given time. Each team member will rotate through all 3 stations before the whole team rests together.

*Score total reps for each movement and total reps.

Ex: BBJO-100, GS-200, AB-150 = 450 Total
