Burpee, Toes-to-Bar, Front Squat – Wednesday

CFI will be holding a Yogility Clinic Saturday, March 23rd at 10:15 am at West. This is will be a 90-minute clinic taught by Kristen Barnes and is free for all members! Yogility is a mixture of yoga and mobility (which we all can use more of). It’s a great opportunity to stretch out, work on those tight/sore areas, and get mobilized! Your body will thank you, especially after these Open WODs. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one!
