ALWAYS MONDAY! Make sure to always get in on Monday if you are able to. It’s important to set the tone for your workout week by starting off strong. Can you get at least 4 days in this week? 5 days? If you can make it in on Cray Cray Monday, you got a shot! Help your workout buddies out as well. send them a text and ask them what time they’re getting in. Everyone needs a little help sometimes, and a simple text can really help make the difference between 3-5 workouts in the week and ZERO. Help your family out, and lets hold each other accountable. We ALL got the same goals, we just want to get BETTER. See you Monday!
