Deadlift, Box Jump, Run – Monday

Our Saturday morning group for the Bring-a-Friend Partner Workout. We had a great time and the group battled their way through a tough workout. Saturday morning CrossFit Workout Sessions are a great way to introduce your friends and family to CrossFit. Members can bring a buddy for free and partner up with them during the WOD!

Monday’s WOD

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

  • 5 deadlifts (55%)
  • 10 box jumps (24/20″)
  • 200 m run

Don’t forget to practice the stretches and drills that we show you before or after your workouts. We’ve demonstrated many useful stretches that can increase your mobility, but only if you practice them on a regular basis. The same goes with technique drills like the Burgener Warm-up. Practice the Burgener Warm-up each day as part of your warm-up routine and you’ll see big technique improvements as well as increased coordination, flexibility, and speed.

This is your last week to complete your Spring Challenge reevaluation worksheets! The deadline to submit your scores and measurements is Saturday June 25th.

Saturday, June 25th, is also the day of the June Paleo Potluck. Don’t miss it! We’re chowing down at 2:00 pm. Friends and family are welcome as always!
