Double Under, Bar Muscle-up, Shoulder-to-Overhead – Friday

4 person teams at the New Years WOD!

Important updated info about the throwdown:

Athletes: You must be registered by Thursday, Jan 18th at the latest! At least one teammate must register via the Facebook event page or the event page HEREYour donations will be collected the day of the event at check-in. Athlete checkin will begin at 7:30am on Jan 20th. This will give us time to get everyone checked in, briefed on the workouts and standards and get the first heats warming up for a 9am start.

Volunteers: We are meeting with volunteers this Saturday the 13th at 12:00 to go over logistics, assign duties and brief the workouts. On the 20th, volunteer judges must get to the Box at 7:00am for a review briefing. Volunteers please be prepared to be there for the duration of the event! We should finish around 3:00pm if things go on schedule. If you can’t stay for the whole event please talk to us so we can arrange for an additional volunteer to take over for you when you leave.

Spectators: Spectators can bring small camping chairs if you’d like a place to sit. We will have a section blocked off for everyone watching/eating/cheering on athletes. Bacon Nation food truck will be parked outside 10:00-2:00. Please come ready to get down on delicious food for lunch!
