Double Under, Push-Up, Squat Clean – Friday!!!

Nothing like being cheered on during a rough workout! CFI community!

Feeling stiff or extra sore throughout the week? Or maybe your mobility is more limited. If possible, make sure to stay after the workouts and get some extra stretching in. Focusing on the hamstrings can be really helpful in avoiding back injuries. Take advantage of the foam rollers, pvc pipes, and lacrosse balls. If you’re unsure on how or what to stretch, grab a coach or seasoned fellow CrossFitter for pointers.
