Front Squat, Cossack Squat, Nordic Hamstring Curl – Monday!!!

CFI will be holding a Yogility Clinic this Saturday, Feb 16th at 10 am at our Mohawk Location. This is a free 90-minute clinic taught by Kristen Barnes and will be a blast! Yogility is a mixture of yoga and mobility (which we all can use more of). It’s a great opportunity to stretch out, work on those tight/sore areas, and get mobilized! Please bring a yoga mat if you have one!
