Front Squats, WB’s, DU’s – Tuesday

Get in some extra mobility! We sneak in a lot of stretches and mobility exercises through the week, but you can always use more. Especially post workout! Take an extra 5-10 minutes after the WOD to focus on stretching and mobility. For more information, check out ROMWOD.
