Nasty Annie – Sunday

Today's WOD is dedicated to and named after Annie Sakamoto. Annie was one of the original CrossFitters at Greg Glassman's gym in Santa Cruz and despite her age placed 9th at the 2011 Reebok CrossFit Games. A few of the Girl benchmark workouts are named after people and today's is one of the them. We're going to mix it up a little though and make the WOD a little tougher. Annie would approve!

Sunday’s WOD

Pick a version of “Annie”

Version A: Rowing Annie

50-40-30-20-10 for time:

  • Row (for calories)
  • Double Unders
  • Sit-ups

Version B: GHD Annie

50-40-30-20-10 for time:

  • Double Unders
  • GHD Sit-ups

Version C (scaled): Annie

50-40-30-20-10 for time:

  • Double Unders (sub 3x singles)
  • Sit-ups (abmat)

Anytime CrossFit – 10:30-2:00
