Welcome to the CrossFit Intensify Nutrition Fix! This blog will be a great source for nutrition information, pointers, strategies, links, and everything else to help you obtain healthy eating habits. I’ll post to this Nutrition Blog at least once a week with something new. It may just be a quick link to a cool article. It may be a favorite meal recipe of mine.
