Power Snatches, WBs, Burpee – Wednesday

Now that the 2018 Open Season is over, the 2019 season has started. What are your goals for next year?

Crossfit Intensify’s Caitlin Ritchey has made it to Regionals again! She will be heading down to San Diego at the end of May to compete with the best from the West Coast. Caitlin had a huge performance on 18.3 where she finished 5th in the world, and that really helped throw her over the cut line for the 2nd round. Give her a congrats when you see her in the gym!
