Pull-Up, Sumo Deadlift, Cal Row – Thursday

We are excited to announce we’ll be hosting an Rx Method jump rope workshop on July 13th! This is an AMAZING opportunity to really breakdown the skills required for singles, doubles, and even triple unders! Are you tired of whipping yourself, becoming short of breath, and quickly fatiguing during jump roping? This class provides the answers and techniques! These are the same skills taught to multiple CrossFit Games Champions!

A few topics covered include:

-Learn ideal posture and mechanics

-Make double unders a recovery move

-Learn techniques to improve WOD times

The workshop will be held on Saturday, July 13th at Mohawk. The cost is $125 dollars but is worth every penny! It’s a 3-hour course and spots will be VERY limited.
