Best of luck to all the CFI athletes running in this weekend’s Wild Rogue Relay! Have fun guys! 

Get in here! You gotta show up! We have some members who avoid certain workouts, certain exercises or even certain classes. Always try to get through those doors and workout! Stay on track and don’t shoot yourself in the foot. Cherry-picking workouts, exercises or classes is an easy way to limit your progress and diminish your results. Show up, no matter what! If you need to modify the workout, have an idea of what you’d like to modify before coming in and we will help you! If you don’t like a workout, even more reason you should do it. Working on what you don’t like is how we push ourselves and get better!
