Row, Power Snatch, Toes-to-bar – Wednesday

The Pull-up Challenge is still in full swing! A bunch of us are working on accumulating 1,500 strict pull-ups before the end of February. We’re about halfway done now!

Hand care is important! CrossFitters punish their hands. High-rep pull-ups and toes-to-bar can rip us up if we make some common mistakes. We know a lot of you guys have been tearing lately.
