Every Sunday at Mohawk at 10:00 am we meet for a Hero WOD. The Hero WOD is a tribute to a fallen first responder or member of the military who has died in the line of duty. These workouts are meant to challenge you both mentally and physically. They challenge you to dig a little bit deeper, to push through, and finish the workout. As with any CrossFit workout they can be scaled and are beginner friendly.

Come join us on Sundays, both seasoned members and beginners! Let’s honor those who have made the ultimate sacrifice.
