Run, Single Arm OHWL, Mountain Climber – Thursday

Chris and Ken have really been attacking it hard lately. You can always find them in that 10am Sunday Hero WOD class, getting that extra workout in during the week.

Keep up the extra mobility! We will sneak in lots of stretches and mobility exercises into the week, but you can always do more. Especially post workout! Take an extra 5-10 minutes after your workouts to stretch out those worked muscles. For more guidance and instruction, look into ROMWOD. ROMWOD can provide you with a daily 20 minute routine to help you progress even more through recovery and increased range of motion. Many of our CFI athletes take advantage!
