Did you know when push-ups are done correctly, not only do they strengthen the triceps, pecs, and shoulders, they also help strengthen the lower back and core?! Form is important!

The Hop Valley Hop-to-Hop 10k is back for its 5th year! On this Saturday, October 6th sign up and help raise funds for the Eugene/Springfield Chapter of the American Cancer Society! Let’s come together to honor cancer survivors and raise awareness around reducing cancer risk.
