Wall Ball, Clean – Monday

Get in, get out and get that BURN you’re looking for!

Monday is the first day of our new BURN classes at Mohawk! These classes focus on body-weight circuit training with little to no weight and added core and muscle-toning exercises. BURN will be Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at 8:30 am at West, and Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at 9:30 am at Mohawk.
