Weighted Strict Pull-ups


Start with a set of strict pull-ups, using a band if necessary. Then add weight or lighten the band assistance as you go until you’ve completed 7 sets of 5 reps.


3 rounds for time:

  • 200 m run
  • 25 hip extensions

We’ll be closed this Saturday July 16th for the CrossFit Throwdown. Join us across town at CrossFit Revival for the first ever Eugene-Springfield CrossFit competition.

Wanting to drop in for some lifting today? Sorry but we’re setting up for the CrossFit Throwdown this afternoon. That means we’ll be taking some equipment and weights across town. If you’re looking to pump some iron, today might not be a good day. Hopefully there will be enough left for you if you do decide to stop by, but no guarantees.
