We’ll be closed this Saturday July 16th for the CrossFit Throwdown. Join us across town at CrossFit Revival for the first ever Eugene-Springfield CrossFit competition.

Wanting to drop in for some lifting today? Sorry but we’re setting up for the CrossFit Throwdown this afternoon. That means we’ll be taking some equipment and weights across town. If you’re looking to pump some iron, today might not be a good day. Hopefully there will be enough left for you if you do decide to stop by, but no guarantees.

New to the Testimonials Page: Matt Singer! Thanks Matt for your submission. Check out our growing list testimonials page for real life-changing stories from CFI members. If you’d like to submit a testimonial, please email us a short piece whenever you get a chance. It doesn’t have to be long and don’t worry about grammar, spelling, or punctuation. We’ll fix it up before posting it. And if you’d rather write a review, or do both, please leave one on our google listing page, on yelp, or on Facebook!

If you missed yesterday’s post about our Sit-ups for Soldiers charity event on August 6th, check out yesterday’s announcement on KMTR. We’re teaming up with John Jenkins and his crew from Pro-Fitness in Eugene to put on this Fight Gone Bad Challenge and pledge drive for wounded Marine veteran James Anderson. Pledge sheets will be available soon. Let’s finish Sit-ups for Soldiers with a bang!
